Step 1 — Set up your organization
An admin adds clients, tasks, and teams, then invites employees. Every employee gets a real account, a team, and — if applicable — a per-team leadership flag.
Idle thresholds, screenshot intervals, and blur behavior are all configured centrally, from Settings — not scattered across each machine.
Step 2 — Employees install the desktop agent
A signed Windows installer, deployed once. Employees sign in with their own account — no shared config token, no manual setup per machine.
The agent starts tracking the moment a session begins, and stays queued locally through any connectivity gap, syncing automatically once back online.
Step 3 — Time gets tracked, two ways
A manual timer against picked clients/tasks/subtasks for deliberate work — and automatic session tracking (login, lock, idle, logoff) running in the background regardless.
An idle prompt checks in during quiet stretches on tasks that need it; a configurable auto-logout can sign an inactive session out entirely.
Step 4 — Review, approve, report
Timesheets and attendance populate automatically. Leave, permission, and attendance-correction requests route to the right approver — scoped to their own team, every time.
Export any report to CSV, or view it grouped by employee with a live timezone picker for distributed teams.
